## Description

ISO/TC 211 is the international standards committee for geographic information and geomatics. Its Harmonized Resources Maintenance Agency provides a central resource site for accessing and using the standard models, schemas, terminology, and ontologies maintained by ISO/TC 211 working groups. The site brings together practical materials for standards users, developers, and other people working with geographic information.

Available resources include the ISO Geodetic Registry, normative statements and conformance information, harmonized UML models, XML and JSON schemas, a multilingual glossary of terms, official ontologies, and other registries. The resource groups responsible for these materials include the Harmonized Model Maintenance Group, Schema Management Group, Terminology Management Group, and Ontology Management Group. Related resources are developed openly on GitHub, with links to source repositories.

The site also shares news about the committee and its resources, including updates on the agency, resource-site developments, and standards collaboration. ISO/TC 211’s work supports the development and maintenance of geographic information standards intended for broad implementation.
