## Description

ISPBoss is a web-based management platform developed by Chrs Software for internet service providers across Latin America. With more than 30 years of experience in the sector, the company serves operators ranging from new providers to businesses with over 100,000 subscribers. The platform brings subscriber administration, billing, collections, network operations, technical support, customer service, and logistics together in one system, helping teams work from shared data.

Its modules include configurable billing, service orders and support tickets, dashboards and reports, equipment provisioning, customer communications, inventory tracking, collections, and geolocation for subscribers and field teams. ISPBoss integrates directly with MikroTik for PPPoE provisioning and can connect to other provisioning systems through APIs. More than 50 collection entities are integrated, alongside tools for bulk payments and reconciliation. Customers can use a web portal to view and pay bills or submit claims, while automated communication features include email, SMS, WhatsApp, voice calls, and a 24/7 bot.
