## Description

Issues in Science and Technology is a quarterly journal published by the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine and Arizona State University. As a forum for public policy discussions related to science and technology, our journal covers a wide range of themes and perspectives aimed at advancing knowledge and innovation to achieve social goals. Unlike popular magazines or professional journals, we provide a platform for researchers, government officials, business leaders, and others to share their ideas with a broad audience. We believe that the perspectives of the boardroom, the statehouse, the federal agency, and the community are just as important as those of the laboratory. Our goal is to deeply inform and engage readers in public discussions and democratic decision-making, ultimately enhancing the role of science and technology in creating a better world. With regular contributions from experts and thought leaders, Issues in Science and Technology strives to be a vital resource for anyone involved or interested in advancing society through scientific knowledge and technological innovation.
