## Description

International Sports Union (ISU) is a community-focused sports organization based in North Hollywood, dedicated to helping young adults build healthier, more disciplined lives through athletics. Its programs use sport as a constructive alternative to substance abuse and homelessness, while encouraging physical fitness, confidence, and community connection.

ISU offers training in boxing, Muay Thai, and wrestling for beginners, intermediate participants, and professional fighters. Its coaching focuses on developing athletic ability and discipline, with services intended for both adults and children. The organization also provides health and fitness opportunities that support strength, endurance, and social engagement, and runs a summer sports camp.

Beyond training, ISU aims to help aspiring athletes move forward by offering practical support, including food and lodging. Its community-centered approach brings together coaches, athletes, and supporters to help participants pursue their goals and develop their potential. Through sports and supportive services, ISU works to create a positive environment where people can build skills, strengthen their well-being, and find direction.
