## Description

Italia Che Gioca is an Italian cultural association founded in 2017 to promote and share the culture of play in all its forms. It views play as a way to bring people and generations together, build relationships, encourage imagination, and make shared time meaningful. Its interests span traditional and modern games, board games, live-action role-playing, cosplay, and esports, connecting creative, social, and digital experiences.

The association gives particular attention to children’s right to play, wellbeing, inclusion, and safety in both physical and digital spaces. Its themes include playgrounds, disability, cyberbullying, and responsible use of digital tools, with an emphasis on helping children and young people participate safely and thoughtfully. Italia Che Gioca also explores the communities, collaboration, competition, and respect associated with esports.

Through initiatives, communities, events, and collaborations, the association brings people together around shared interests and supports opportunities to play and connect. It welcomes enquiries from those interested in learning more about its work and history, and shares updates through social media and online community channels.
