## Description

Italia Republik is a free music and culture festival celebrating Mediterranean identity, inclusion and creative exchange in Barcelona. Created by Italians who have made the city their home, it brings people together through live music, DJ sets, art, food and shared cultural experiences. The 2026 festival takes place on 8, 9 and 10 May at Moll de la Fusta in Port Vell, with access via the L3 metro and ramps from Passeig de Colom.

Its eclectic programme spans reggae, jazz, soul, electronic music, rock, blues and Mediterranean traditions. Featured performers include Africa Unite, Mama Marjas with Don Ciccio, Eli Kapowski, Manuel Del Giudice and Massimiliano AbbAtangelo, Laura Milazzo Trio, Alba Ruiz & The Memphis Project, and Trio Feta Orquestra. The event also features graphic art and comic-book creators, alongside food experiences such as pasta and gelato.

Italia Republik promotes accessibility, cultural diversity, gender ethics and civil rights. Its sustainability commitments include recyclable materials, responsible waste management, local and ecological products, and collaboration with social caterers and circular-economy businesses.
