## Description

Italpast is an Italian manufacturer specializing in the design and construction of machinery, automated plants, and complete production lines for high-quality pasta. Founded in 1986, the company serves both artisan pasta makers and large industrial producers, offering technology for production needs in Italy and international markets. Its equipment is installed in more than 80 countries.

Italpast’s product range covers dry and fresh pasta, including short and long shapes, nests, lasagne, filled and precooked pasta, and specialty formats. The company also supplies gluten-free and instant pasta plants, machinery for artisan production, and equipment for drying. Automation solutions include automatic frame stackers, die washers, systems for handling pasta rods and trays, and frame unloaders. Italpast also offers a Test Lab and special-purpose plants and applications.

The company works with customers to assess production requirements and plan suitable solutions. It builds customized systems and pre-tests them before operation, then provides technical guidance and support after installation.
