## Description

Its SMARTOps platform is designed to help plans anticipate member activity and align staffing with changing demand, reducing forecast errors, budget overruns, and service disruptions. The approach starts with member intelligence, using aggregated population data, enrollment movement, utilization patterns, and market and regulatory signals rather than relying only on historical staffing budgets.

SMARTOps is a secure, cloud-based platform that health plans can purchase by module or as a complete solution. SMARTInsights, available now, helps users understand member segments, cohorts, and factors driving volume, with minimal personally identifiable information needed to begin. SMARTForecast, in development, is intended to predict demand and staffing needs up to 18 months ahead and support scenario planning. SMARTAssist, planned for 2027, is designed to identify emerging volume spikes and alert affected teams.

The platform addresses functions including member services, telesales, enrollment, claims, and grievance and appeals. iTAV also serves organizations such as pharmacy benefit managers, business process outsourcers, and supplemental benefits vendors.
