I, as a web engineer, worked in Tokyo for many years until the Great East Japan Earthquake. However, after the earthquake, I thought about what I could do in my hometown and decided to return to Hachinohe. And in 2012, I founded IT Cowork Inc. Since 2011, we have been engaging in outsourced development mainly for customers in the Tokyo metropolitan area. In Aomori Prefecture, our specialization in smartphone outsourced development is rare.
