Through their Superior Taste Award, they recognize and celebrate products that have undergone a positive taste evaluation by a panel of world-class chefs and sommeliers. Since 2005, they have evaluated thousands of products from over 100 countries, making their certification widely recognized in the Food & Beverage industry.

The Superior Taste Award is a mark of distinction, indicating that a product has achieved an average score above 70% in a sensory evaluation of its visual, aromatic, flavor, and textural aspects, as well as its final mouthfeel. Only the best products receive this prestigious certification, with exceptional, remarkable, and notable products scoring above 90%, between 80% and 90%, and between 70% and 80%, respectively. With a jury composed of over 200 professional chefs and sommeliers, carefully selected for their tasting experience and knowledge of taste, the evaluations are performed blind and in complete silence to ensure objectivity.

The jury members follow an objective methodology based on the 5 International Hedonic Sensory Analysis criteria to provide relevant feedback.
