## Description

Sarbacane is a brand of Positive Group France, a software publisher based near Lille that specializes in email marketing for small and medium-sized businesses. It provides professional email routing services that enable clients to send campaign messages and other information to recipients. The company emphasizes responsible communication and compliance: campaigns are systematically reviewed before sending, with checks for issues such as missing consent or unsubscribe links. When a message appears irregular, its moderation team may refuse delivery and provide the sender with recommendations to help bring the campaign into compliance.

Positive Group France states that it follows the ethics code of the Data & Marketing Association France for electronic direct communication. It also operates a team to investigate complaints about spam and policy or legal breaches. Recipients can report a questionable message by contacting the company’s abuse address and including a copy of the email and the reason for the complaint. Sarbacane’s services therefore combine email campaign delivery with moderation, compliance support, and a process for handling abuse reports.
