IUYA, the Indiana Undocumented Youth Alliance, is a youth-led organization dedicated to empowering undocumented youth in Indiana. Since its establishment in 2011, IUYA has been committed to improving the lives of undocumented communities by advocating for high levels of education and influencing public policy. Our organization was founded after a peaceful sit-in at Governor Mitch Daniels' office, urging the veto of bills HEA 1402 and SEA 590.

We strive to empower and support undocumented youth, working diligently to provide them with valuable information, economic resources, and partnerships. In addition to serving our community, IUYA is deeply invested in reshaping public policy at local, state, and federal levels to create a better future for undocumented individuals across the United States and specifically in Indiana.
