## Description

Met hart en ziel is the personal practice of Jacinth van Zijl, who describes herself as a designer of farewells and a guide through loss. Based in Lent/Nijmegen, she supports people facing death, bereavement and other significant goodbyes, offering attentive listening, ideas and practical help to shape an experience that feels personal and fitting.

Her services include helping families create and lead funeral ceremonies, complementing the practical support provided by a funeral director. She can also work with people who know they are approaching the end of life, helping them reflect on their experiences, clarify unresolved matters, preserve memories for loved ones and prepare their own funeral wishes. For those coping with grief or loss, she offers someone to accompany them as they find a way to resume everyday life.

Jacinth’s approach is centred on understanding what each person needs and providing wholehearted, individual support. People can contact her to ask a question or arrange an appointment by email or phone.
