Jobs for Arizona's Graduates (JAG) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization with over 40 years of experience in serving youth across Arizona. Our mission is to support young people in staying in school and equipping them with the necessary academic, personal, leadership, and vocational skills for success upon graduation. With 29 programs in schools statewide, as well as community-based programs in Tolleson, Avondale, and Peoria, JAG currently serves more than 1100 young individuals.

We are proud to follow the evidenced-based national model developed by Jobs for America's Graduates, consistently surpassing the JAG National Standards. Our rich history includes serving nearly 40,000 students in Arizona since 1980. The JAG Advantage is at the heart of our programs, providing young people with unique opportunities that set them apart in today's emerging workforce.

Alongside comprehensive career exploration, transition support from middle school to high school, and college and career readiness programs, we also offer summer camps, leadership academies, and the University of Phoenix LEADS program. Through these initiatives, we foster professional and leadership development, mentorship support, and team-building opportunities. At JAG, we are committed to helping young Arizonians reach their full potential and become successful contributors to society.
