## Description

Valsgård Jagtforening is a hunting association founded on 6 June 1932. In its first year, the association released ten pheasants and six hares, and held its first clay-pigeon shooting event in Bramslev Bakker, as well as a saloon-shooting activity at the local assembly hall. Today, it organizes annual association hunts, fox hunts and clay-pigeon shooting, alongside social and educational events such as trophy evenings, buck gatherings, knife-making evenings and talks.

In 2004, the association built a hunting cabin for members to use during group hunts and other activities. The cabin is now also available for hire to non-members, with rental information, pricing and a booking calendar provided on the association’s website. The site also shares news, activity schedules, photographs and information about the association and its bylaws. People interested in joining are invited to contact chairman Tommy Mogensen. Valsgård Jagtforening is based at Slugten 4, 9500 Hobro, Denmark, and brings together hunting, shooting activities and community events for its members.
