## Description

Jaguar Gene Therapy is a biotechnology company focused on accelerating gene therapy breakthroughs for people living with severe genetic diseases. Guided by its mission to address the root causes of serious conditions, the company develops therapies for diseases with significant unmet needs and sizable patient populations. Its work is grounded in the values of integrity, agility and collaboration, and in a commitment to patient safety and product purity.

Jaguar uses an adeno-associated virus (AAV) gene therapy platform, supported by expertise and a manufacturing process it describes as designed to minimize development risk and produce safe, effective therapies. The company aims to build scalable, commercially viable manufacturing into its programs from the outset. Alongside its current pipeline, it evaluates next-generation technologies, including novel capsids and delivery methods.

Jaguar’s team brings experience in manufacturing, developing and bringing gene therapies to patients. The company is advancing an initial pipeline for serious diseases and works to translate its scientific and manufacturing capabilities into potential treatment options for patients and families.
