## Description

Jamie Chases Butterflies is the personal platform of Jamie Holloway, a book reviewer, wellness writer, and chronic illness advocate. Drawing on eleven years of experience living with multiple diagnoses, Jamie shares an honest account of the challenges, discoveries, and everyday efforts involved in navigating long-term illness. Her writing emphasizes gratitude, communication, determination, and the value of support from family, friends, and healthcare teams.

The site brings together personal reflections, health-related stories, and reviews of books Jamie has read, including titles on wellness, creativity, and personal growth. Readers can explore posts about chronic illness, autoimmune conditions, her lung transplant journey, and the emotional realities of medical care, alongside reviews of fiction, memoirs, and other works. Jamie also writes the Chasing Wellness column as lead writer and Research Manager at Wellness Works NW, where she has been an owner since 2017.
