## Description

Jan Fitschen is a running, coaching and speaking brand built around the experience of former elite athlete Jan Fitschen. A European champion over 10,000 metres and 28-time German champion, Fitschen shares practical lessons from a 25-year career in competitive running. His work connects sport with professional life, focusing on motivation, success, resilience, managing setbacks and making time for recovery.

The brand offers keynote talks, presentations, interactive workshops and seminars for organisations, alongside coaching and running programmes for recreational athletes. Its running experiences include training camps and travel, such as camps at Robinson Club destinations, with group sessions suited to different paces and abilities. Fitschen also provides running advice and training insights through a podcast, social media and other content, and is an author of the book Laufen ist einfach. Additional activities include partnerships and product recommendations related to running. Whether supporting a workplace audience or helping runners enjoy their sport, Jan Fitschen’s approach aims to make running accessible, engaging and compatible with everyday life.
