## Description

Järna Kung Fu & Kultur offers movement training in Järna and Hölö, with courses designed to support health, fitness and well-being for adults and children. Its approach combines traditional Chinese martial arts with modern martial arts and movement practices used in performing arts. Classes bring together physical activity, skill-building and opportunities to develop strength, mobility, balance and coordination.
