Zavod za spodbujanje podjetnosti mladih, also known as Junior Achievement Slovenija, is a brand that specializes in providing educational programs on entrepreneurship. Our mission is to enable young people to discover their potential and help them lead independent lives. Through experiential learning, we aim to cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset in young individuals, from elementary school students to university students. We familiarize them with the fundamentals of entrepreneurship and promote economic literacy, career planning, talent development, and pursuing their interests. We encourage creativity and innovation among the youth while fostering collaboration between educational and economic institutions to create a conducive learning environment for the development of sought-after talent. Under the program "Moje podjetje" (My Company), our main goal is to prepare young people for life after education and improve their employability. We operate under the umbrella of JA Europe and are part of the JA Worldwide network, which reaches over 12 million young people, 338,000 teachers, 470,000 volunteers, and 100,000 schools globally. Through our programs, we annually impact six million young individuals in Europe. The European Commission recognizes our method as the most comprehensive and effective for teaching entrepreneurship.
