Junior Achievement Turks and Caicos Islands (JATCI) is a non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring and empowering young people in the TCI to thrive in today's global economy. Their mission is to provide learning experiences that prepare students aged 15 to 19 for success in the workforce. JATCI achieves this by partnering with the business community, educators, and volunteers to offer hands-on programs focused on work readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy.

JATCI aims to be the leading facilitator of experiential learning in the Turks & Caicos Islands' secondary school system, reaching every student and helping them realize their full potential. They believe in the boundless potential of young people and are committed to market-based economics and entrepreneurship. Their core values include passion, honesty, integrity, excellence, respect for diversity, and the power of collaboration.
