Jay Nolan Community Services (JNCS) is a nonprofit organization established in 1975, with a mission to empower individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities to live fulfilling lives by providing support services tailored to their individual needs. JNCS offers a wide range of services in Los Angeles, Ventura, Kern, and Santa Clara Counties, including supported living services, family support services, and employment services. Its services are guided by the needs and preferences of the individuals and their Circle of Support.
With over 500 staff members, JNCS currently supports over 400 individuals, and it is a provider of services eligible for the Self-Determination Program. The organization is dedicated to inclusion, believing that individuals with disabilities can pursue their hopes and dreams and live to their full potential within the community when provided with the right support. Through its various programs and support services, JNCS has been making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities since its establishment
