JCI Sandton is a non-profit organisation for young people aged 18 to 40 who want to develop as leaders and make a positive difference in their communities. As part of JCI South Africa and the global JCI network, it connects members with opportunities to grow, collaborate and contribute to meaningful change.

The organisation develops enterprising, impact-driven leaders through programmes and initiatives across four areas: business and entrepreneurship, international cooperation, individual development, and community impact. Its activities include leadership and skills training, events, campaigns and community-focused projects. Members can also access courses, international opportunities, entrepreneurship support, and personal and business development experiences.

JCI Sandton welcomes people motivated to improve themselves, work with others and address societal challenges. It values communication, teamwork, creativity, cultural awareness, empathy and a solution-oriented mindset. Through volunteering and active participation, members build their capabilities while helping individuals and communities. JCI Sandton’s mission is to empower young people to realise their potential and create lasting, positive change locally and beyond.
