## Description

JDLifecoach is the coaching, equine education and training practice of Julie Daltroff, based in Strasbourg. Drawing on 30 years of experience with horses and 20 years of supporting people and horses, Julie uses equicoaching to help individuals and teams better understand themselves, strengthen confidence and improve relationships. The approach centers on observing horses and human interactions, including body language, emotional presence and communication. Rather than focusing on riding performance or judgment, sessions use the horse’s responses to make relational patterns and differences between intended and perceived behavior more visible.

JDLifecoach offers individual coaching for personal development, confidence and leadership, as well as equicoaching for businesses and teams to support authentic leadership and effective communication. Professional training covers human and equine behavior, and the practice also supports riders and people seeking to understand horses better. Julie’s book, “À la découverte de l’équicoaching,” explores connections between horses, emotional intelligence, behavior and human relationships. The website also provides resources, testimonials, appointment booking and gift vouchers.
