The company says its service is cloud-based and designed to protect member information through encrypted data transmission and secure access controls, in line with GDPR requirements. JeckDesk Ticketing lets societies sell event tickets through their own ticket shop, with payment processing, seating plans, individual seat selection and waiting lists.
