Its work supports injury prevention and rehabilitation while helping individuals access their physical potential. JEMS serves people at every stage, from those recovering from injury or building a foundation for long-term wellbeing to athletes, musicians and dancers seeking to prepare their bodies and improve performance. The organisation also provides training and education for rehabilitation, fitness and wellbeing professionals, helping them engage and empower clients. Its offerings include courses, course dates, e-learning, practitioner searches, videos, free movement tips and a shop.
