## Description

Jennifer Tardy Consulting (JTC) helps organizations hire more equitably and supports underrepresented professionals navigating biased hiring processes. The firm’s mission is to make it easier for recruiters and historically underrepresented job seekers to connect and achieve career success, while advancing inclusion without causing harm.

For workplaces, JTC provides diversity recruitment consulting, training, and programs for recruiters, hiring managers, HR teams, and DEI leaders. Its flagship offering is the Qualified Diversity Recruiter (QDR) certification, which is eligible for SHRM and HRCI recertification credits. The company draws on more than 20 years of corporate recruiting experience to develop practical programs for hiring leaders.

For job seekers, JTC offers coaching and career development through Inner Circle, supporting ambitious, underrepresented professionals as they navigate the hiring process with greater clarity and strategy. The brand also shares guidance through The Equity Edge, provides speaking services, and publishes resources such as client results, FAQs, and press updates. Led by Jennifer Tardy, the firm serves both employers seeking fairer hiring practices and candidates working toward career success.
