## Description

Jenny Terbell is a teacher who supports women in restoring the Mother Line and reclaiming the Sacred Feminine. Her work draws on the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, depth psychology, and trauma resolution, bringing these perspectives together to help women develop practices that support body, heart, and mind.

Terbell offers teachings, writing, and programs for women, including mothers. Meditate Like a Mother is a practice container where mothers explore Tibetan Buddhist meditation, somatic therapy, and embodied spiritual practice in community. Taking Our Seat Intensive invites participants to commit to a month of daily meditation and make time to tend to their bodies, hearts, and souls. Her teaching on the Demeter and Persephone myth considers themes of mothers and daughters, departure and return, and moving through darkness.

Terbell also provides individual support by appointment, in person and via Zoom. Sessions may include trauma resolution, breathwork, meditation, embodiment, and dream work. Prospective clients can email to learn more and arrange a complimentary exploratory call.
