## Description

Jeronimo is a Belgian brand developing an electric buggy for children with disabilities, with the aim of helping families travel, explore and spend time outdoors together with greater confidence. Created from the founder’s lived experience, the project focuses on practical needs, safety and the realities of everyday family life. The buggy is being designed for use in both urban settings and nature, with attention to comfort, stability, seating position, durability and the needs of growing children. Electric assistance is being explored to help with hills and longer journeys while keeping the design simple.

Jeronimo is developing the product in stages, combining prototype engineering, field testing and feedback from families. Its prototype has been tested across varied terrain in Canada, and families have also taken part in hands-on trials. Fifteen pioneering families have placed pre-orders for the first planned series, expected to be delivered in early 2027. Their experience will guide further refinements toward the final buggy.
