## Description

Jetside, developed by Runbook Aviation, is an aircraft support software platform that helps aviation teams coordinate maintenance and parts needs through one shared app. Designed for both planned maintenance and unexpected issues, it replaces repeated calls with a workflow for reporting an aircraft problem, contacting matched providers, comparing offers, and tracking progress through arrival.

Crews can type or voice-record an issue, while AI drafts a request for the team to review before sharing it with eligible repair shops and parts suppliers. Jetside matches requests by aircraft, location, and provider capability, then presents quotes with scope and estimated arrival times so teams can compare options. Users choose which providers to engage and can combine offers for different parts of a job. The platform also keeps provider conversations, updates, acknowledgements, and reported ETAs together, helping teams stay coordinated.

Jetside does not authorize repairs or approve spending; those decisions remain with the customer, and repair work is quoted and paid for separately.
