Jeune AiDants Ensemble (JADE) is the first national association in France dedicated to supporting young caregivers. They aim to bring visibility and recognition to the often invisible and unheard voices of young caregivers. JADE was established in 2016 after three years of cinema-respite workshops in Essonne, providing a place for young caregivers to find respite and express themselves.

The association focuses on developing innovative solutions to meet the needs of young caregivers and their loved ones, preventing the psycho-medico-social risks that may arise from their situation, such as school dropout, neglect of personal care, and social isolation. JADE also conducts awareness campaigns targeting healthcare professionals, educators, and public institutions to encourage their involvement and improve the identification of young caregivers. Through their workshops, mobilization initiatives, and youth caregiver conferences, JADE strives to create a supportive and inclusive society for these admirable young individuals
