Our mission is to improve the quality of life through healthcare, research, education, collaboration, and advocacy. We offer a wide range of services including comprehensive primary health care, HIV/STI testing and prevention, HCV, PrEP, PEP, health screenings, chronic disease management, mental health services, and dental referrals. We also provide social supportive services, transitional housing, personalized referral services, health education, and community outreach and engagement.
