## Description

Jim McGee offers NARM-informed recovery coaching for adults affected by narcissistic abuse, family scapegoating, complex PTSD, and other relational trauma. His work is designed to help clients make sense of what happened and rebuild self-trust, agency, and a more compassionate relationship with themselves. Coaching takes place in private Zoom sessions, with a free, no-pressure first conversation for people considering support.

McGee’s approach draws on the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) and emphasizes the connection between emotional and physical experience. Sessions may help clients recognize patterns such as shame, self-doubt, rumination, people-pleasing, and feeling disconnected from their needs. The site provides information about how coaching works, program and session options, pricing, policies, and frequently asked questions.

Visitors can also explore an extensive glossary and educational resources on narcissistic abuse, trauma, family dynamics, boundaries, attachment, and recovery. For those not ready to begin coaching, McGee offers “Signs of Life,” a free weekly Saturday letter focused on recovery and moving toward a fuller life.
