## Description

JIMMY is a Vienna-based MedTech company developing digital assistance for people receiving care at home, as well as the relatives and care professionals who support them. Its central product is a voice-controlled assistance device designed to remain in the living space rather than being worn. It is intentionally designed without a camera or wearable, with the aim of supporting everyday life and responding reliably in an emergency. The person receiving care is not expected to carry or operate a device.

The product is currently in development in collaboration with medical and scientific partners in Austria. JIMMY’s approach focuses on making assistance accessible within the home while considering the needs of both care recipients and those involved in their care. The company also invites people living at home, family members and care professionals to share their experiences through a short survey, helping inform its work. JIMMY Care GmbH is based in Vienna and works in IT services and the trade of goods, particularly IT software.
