## Description

Jindalee Lithium is an Australian-listed lithium company focused on developing the McDermitt Lithium Project on the Oregon–Nevada border. Listed on the Australian Securities Exchange as JLL, the company acquired the project in 2018 and describes it as one of the largest lithium deposits in the United States by contained lithium. Its February 2023 mineral resource estimate was 3.0 billion tonnes at 1,340 parts per million lithium, equivalent to 21.5 million tonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent. Jindalee aims to advance McDermitt as a potential long-life source of lithium for North America’s electrification needs; its work centres on project development rather than producing or selling lithium products.

The company also highlights responsible project design and engagement with local communities, including Tribal Nations. Its environmental and community practices include baseline studies, cultural resource surveys, seasonal restrictions on drilling, rehabilitation, and preference for local contractors where available. Jindalee provides project and investor information through its website, including announcements, reports, governance materials, and news updates.
