## Description

JJ Howland is the personal brand of Jacob “JJ” Howland, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, wrestling coach, and speaker. His work is grounded in his experience of losing direction and rebuilding his life through wrestling, discipline, accountability, and faith. He shares that story to help others develop resilience, find purpose, and take meaningful action.

JJ offers hands-on wrestling clinics for teams, clubs, and wrestling communities, with one- or two-day formats focused on technique, mindset, team culture, and accountability. He also coaches athletes worldwide in wrestling, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and mixed martial arts, from youth competitors to Olympians and world champions. Speaking engagements are available for schools, teams, organizations, and events.

The brand also welcomes sponsored-athlete partnerships and media or interview requests. JJ’s existing partners include 1st Phorm, LevelXBlack, CH Gear, and Ranger Up. His reach includes more than 1.5 million followers and over one billion views. Since 2024, his clinics have generated over $2.5 million for wrestling programs, while he has personally sponsored more than 50 athletes.
