The Milford Dojo meets on Mondays at 5:00 p.m. at Milford Senior Citizens’ Club Hall, 141A Kitchener Road, behind New World Milford. Both sessions are listed for all grades, and beginners are welcome. The club’s website also features training videos, a gallery, news, and information about gradings and events such as the JKA Cup.
