## Description

Jabatan Kehakiman Syariah Malaysia (JKSM) is a central government agency under Malaysia’s Prime Minister’s Department. It coordinates and promotes consistency in the administration of Syariah law and the Syariah courts across the country. Guided by a commitment to transparency, ethics and quality, JKSM works to strengthen the role of Syariah within Malaysia’s justice system and support accessible, efficient court administration.
