## Description

Haxx, formerly known as Hafesa, is a Spanish petroleum company operating in the hydrocarbons market. The group supplies and distributes fuel and has expanded its infrastructure through the acquisition of two storage terminals: Tancar in Cartagena and ODT in Málaga. Together, the facilities provide substantial tank capacity for storing hydrocarbons, supporting the company’s operations in the sector. Haxx adopted its new name after a period of significant corporate and legal change, presenting the rebrand as part of an effort to strengthen its position and compete with larger industry players. The company has also relocated its offices and has operated under the leadership of Diego Guardamino, who later left his executive and group positions. Haxx and related companies have faced scrutiny over tax matters, including a court-imposed fine against Hafesa Energía and deferred tax payments to the Biscay authorities. Despite these challenges, the group has continued operating in the hydrocarbons market. The available information describes its business activities and assets but does not specify retail services or consumer-facing products.
