## Description

The Don Norman Design Award and Conference (DNDA) is an international program dedicated to advancing humanity-centered design education and projects. The DNDA, organized by a non-profit organization, aims to support and honor early-career groups and educational organizations that address societal issues in transformative ways. This award program recognizes individuals and programs that demonstrate the potential to make significant enhancements to society through their innovative projects and educational initiatives. The DNDA emphasizes the importance of a Humanity-Centered approach, which focuses on the rights and well-being of all humanity and the entire ecosystem. This includes considering the needs and impacts on all living creatures and the Earth's environment. The DNDA Awards for 2024 will be presented at the Design Policy Conference in San Diego, California, during San Diego/Tijuana's reign as the World Design Capital.
