## Description

Founded in 1917, Jyväskylän Naisvoimistelijat, known as JNV, is one of Finland’s largest gymnastics clubs and a prominent sports club in Central Finland. The club uses gymnastics to bring joy, experiences and energy to children, young people and adults, with activities built around community, personal connection, quality and volunteering.

JNV offers a wide range of recreational exercise classes, including a gymnastics school for children and young people, adapted activities, dance and IKILIIKE sessions. For participants seeking competitive training, the club provides coaching in team gymnastics, competitive aerobics and dance gymnastics, with groups for different ages and experience levels. It also supports dancers through its dance groups.

Alongside regular classes and coaching, JNV organises camps and events, including gymnastics camps, and provides information and pathways for new recreational and competitive participants. The club operates JNV Hall, which hosts activities and can be rented for events such as birthday parties. Through its broad programme, JNV serves both those looking for enjoyable exercise and athletes pursuing competition.
