By leveraging collective intelligence, Jobssy quickly located people through their social networks, online connections, context, and relevance. What set Jobssy apart was its ability to analyze social network activities for job seekers. The algorithm detected individuals looking for jobs on social networks and automatically recommended them to companies.

Additionally, Jobssy analyzed trends and online behaviors of job seekers to anticipate companies' needs. Its technology continuously learned from client interactions and recommended profiles before they were even aware they needed them. Jobssy also developed the JobssyTalent people finder app, making its technology accessible via smartphones.
