Tim's motivation is to offer talent acquisition and recruitment teams the same performance and optimization tools that sales or marketing teams expect. Since its launch, JobWords has achieved significant milestones, including rebranding in 2018, receiving pre-seed investment from Coca-Cola's Xcelerate Program and non-equity investment from the NSW Government in 2018, and integrating with SAP SuccessFactors in 2019. The company has also participated in programs such as Microsoft's Remarkable Disability Tech program with their AI-powered JobMatcher.
