## Description

Driven matches high-performing founders with full-time executive assistants based in Argentina. The company serves more than 100 founders, pairing them with English-fluent, AI-trained professionals who understand US business culture and work in time zones aligned with US schedules. Its assistants are university-educated, have at least three years of executive-support experience, and join through a referral-only network.

Driven’s service begins with a discovery call to understand a client’s priorities and workflow, followed by a hand-selected match and a structured kickoff. Dedicated assistants provide support across inbox and email management, calendar coordination, meeting preparation and follow-up, research, data organization, travel planning, CRM and tool management, project operations, expense tracking, and personal errands. Workflows are tailored to each client, with an emphasis on protecting focus and keeping daily operations organized.

The month-to-month service costs $2,800 and includes a dedicated full-time assistant, AI-enabled workflows, and support during US-aligned hours. Driven says clients can save more than 55 hours per month and offers a replacement match at no additional cost if the initial pairing is unsatisfactory within the first 30 days.
