## Description

The Executive Assistants Organization (EAO) is a professional community and learning platform for executive and administrative assistants. Its mission is to help members develop their potential through continuing education, peer connections, mentoring, and leadership opportunities. Members can connect online and in person through local chapters, national events, and social support, with opportunities for group coaching from experienced executive assistants.

EAO offers webinars, live and recorded training, industry-focused podcasts, event streams, and resources through its online content platform. Members may also work toward Certified Administrative Professional (C.A.P.) certification through participation, training, and relevant career experience. For organizations, EAO provides customized training, including focused group sessions, one-on-one teaching, tailored topics, and licensed educational content. Its Educate and Rejuvenate retreats combine professional development with time for relaxation and connection among peers.

The organization hosts conferences, events, and webinars featuring speakers and trainers, with programming designed for assistants supporting executives and entrepreneurs. EAO also promotes leadership in administrative roles and offers members ways to invest in their career growth and fulfillment.
