They provide on-demand support and advice through a mental performance coach to assist athletes in staying motivated and managing stress. Co-founded by Christina VandenBerg, a former D1 Athlete at Harvard, and her husband Curtis VandenBerg, a Pediatric Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Surgeon, MyHuddle was created to address the mental side of injury that is often overlooked.

With a team of top athletes, sport psychs, coaches, and sports medicine providers, MyHuddle is committed to aiding injured athletes and their parents in bouncing back better from injuries. Their mission is to provide guidance and resources at the athletes' fingertips.
