## Description

Haven is a private support app from Haven App LLC for the family members, partners, and friends of people struggling with addiction. Founded by Joshua Blair, who shares his experience as a person in recovery, Haven is designed for those who often face difficult questions and emotional challenges without enough support. The app is opening soon on iOS and Android, with free access and an optional Plus subscription.

Haven offers four main features: an always-available AI companion for compassionate guidance, a structured roadmap covering addiction, enabling, treatment conversations, and caring for yourself, an anonymous community with small private groups, and a personal journal for private reflection. The service is peer support, not therapy or professional treatment, and encourages users to seek real-world help when needed. Haven says it has no ads and does not sell or use personal conversations and journal entries for advertising. It also provides free guidance on topics such as helping someone who resists treatment, setting boundaries around money, and understanding addiction’s impact on families.
