## Description

Vintra is a social secondhand marketplace for buying and selling used clothing, designed to make resale feel more personal and community-led. Rather than browsing an endless product grid, shoppers can follow sellers’ closets, discover new arrivals, and catch drops from people whose style they like. Buyers can ask about an item’s measurements and condition, then make an offer directly in the app.

Sellers can list items without listing or selling fees and keep 100% of the item price. Buyers see an itemized total, including shipping, tax, and payment processing, before confirming a purchase. Payments are handled through Stripe, and orders include a prepaid shipping label and tracking. Buyers can report a problem within three days of delivery for review.

Vintra brings messages, payments, shipping information, tracking, and support together on each order. The iPhone app is scheduled to launch on September 1, 2026, beginning with the UC San Diego community. Buying is open to people aged 18 and over, wherever they are.
