## Description

Veervrouwe is the coaching and personal development practice of Jolène van der Steen, based in Eijsden, Netherlands. Drawing on her own experience of menopause and her long career as a career adviser, Jolène supports women navigating this significant life transition. Her approach combines practical knowledge, an intuitive perspective and open-minded thinking to help clients regain direction, understand their needs and explore personal growth.

Veervrouwe offers individual Crone coaching, available online or in person in the Maastricht and Eijsden area. Jolène also works with key people in organisations, helping them better support employees experiencing menopause and consider what women and workplaces need during this period. The practice provides opportunities for individual work as well as shared experiences with other women, and its programmes may include yoga and mantras. Participants describe the experience as encouraging, gentle and insightful, with support for relaxation, asking for help and recognising personal needs. Women and organisational professionals can contact Jolène for an introductory conversation to discuss how she may help.
