## Description

Jonathan Fischer is a scientific software and biophysics professional whose work connects biology, mathematics, and code. A Johns Hopkins-trained biophysicist who recently completed a PhD, he develops computational models, simulation workflows, and software for complex biological systems. His research explores how geometry, transport constraints, and reaction-network structure influence oscillations in biochemical systems, particularly membrane-localized processes.

Fischer works primarily with Julia and Python, building practical tools for simulation, optimization, visualization, and reproducible analysis.
